Duties:

  • Organizing and tracking inventory
  • Client communications
  • Produce reports to deliver electronically to clients
  • Receive phone calls from clients & potential clients when needed
  • Review analytical reports with clients
  • Reporting and Invoicing
  • Reviewing Data
  • Quoting
  • Identifying any discrepancies found in data and notifying analysts
  • Facilitating communications and managing analysts and database

Qualifications:

  • Advanced email etiquette and typing skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Attention to detail
  • Very organized
  • Personable with customer service skills
  • Familiarity with databases
  • Proficient with Gmail, Google products, and Microsoft Office
  • Management/Leadership Skills – This position will require someone who knows how to implement structure and can take an idea and turn it into an applicable business function
  • Experience in a quality control commercial lab is a PLUS
  • Familiarity with LIMS database is a PLUS. Preferably Element Promium
  • Previous laboratory experience a PLUS
