Duties:
Organizing and tracking inventory
Client communications
Produce reports to deliver electronically to clients
Receive phone calls from clients & potential clients when needed
Review analytical reports with clients
Reporting and Invoicing
Reviewing Data
Quoting
Identifying any discrepancies found in data and notifying analysts
Facilitating communications and managing analysts and database
Qualifications:
Advanced email etiquette and typing skills
Strong communicator
Attention to detail
Very organized
Personable with customer service skills
Familiarity with databases
Proficient with Gmail, Google products, and Microsoft Office
Management/Leadership Skills – This position will require someone who knows how to implement structure and can take an idea and turn it into an applicable business function
Experience in a quality control commercial lab is a PLUS
Familiarity with LIMS database is a PLUS. Preferably Element Promium
