Lab Technician

Duties:

• Sample preparation
  • Weighing
  • Solid and liquid extraction
  • Dilutions
  • Digestions
  • Filtrations
• Sample analysis (wet chemistry, organic, and inorganic analysis)
• Analyzing data
• Reading and writing SOP’s
• LIMS database navigation

Qualifications:

• Minimum general chemistry I and general chemistry II with lab
• General interest in chemistry, biology, and/or environmental sciences
• Pursuing degree in chemistry, biology, and/or environmental sciences
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Self-Driven
